Managing Conflict - 8 hour workshop for Supervisors

A key complaint employees have is the supervisors inability or deliberate choice to avoid addressing conflict in the workplace. Issues escalate and productivity deteriorates. This four-hour module addresses the foundation of conflict and introduces pragmatic approaches for resolution. This program is partnered with 12 individual coaching sessions with each supervisor enrolled in the program. This approach benefits the organization in allowing each participant get individualized support and guidance to develop action plans for conflict resolution.

The Managers Guide to Conflict Management - 8 hour workshop for Executives

Managers have a heightened responsibility to provide instruction and mentoring to supervisors, ensure their divisions meet their targeted goals, and support employee growth and development. This eight-hour module addresses the executives role in modeling conflict resolution methods, assertive communication, negotiation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of resolution initiatives. An important factor of this program is developing a clear understanding that unresolved conflict negatively impacts the company resources - staff and revenue. This program is also partnered with 12 individual coaching sessions with each manager enrolled in the program.
