Managing Conflict - 8 hour workshop for Emerging Supervisors

A key complaint employees have is the supervisors inability or deliberate choice to avoid addressing conflict in the workplace.  Issues escalate and productivity deteriorates.  This eight-hour module addresses the foundation of conflict and introduces pragmatic approaches for resolution.  This program is included with 12 individual coaching sessions with each supervisor enrolled in the program.  This aspect is required for follow through and support in implementation.  This approach benefits the organization in allowing each participant get individualized support and guidance to develop action plans for conflict resolution.  This is perfect for new and emerging managers to incorporate a healthy approach to communication and conflict and become effective leaders right from the beginning. 

The Managers Guide to Conflict Management - 8 hour workshop for Executives

Executives have a heightened responsibility to provide instruction and mentoring to supervisors, ensure their divisions meet their targeted goals, and support employee growth and development.  This eight-hour module addresses the executive's role in modeling conflict resolution methods, assertive communication, negotiation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of resolution initiatives.  An important factor of this program is developing a clear understanding that unresolved conflict negatively impacts the company resources - staff and revenue.  This program is also partnered with 12 individual coaching sessions with each executive enrolled in the program. 

Tele Forums & Coaching
Tele forums and coaching are a cost-effective and efficient way to participate in a 60 minute interactive conference call workshop from the comfort of your home or office anywhere throughout the world.  Coaching is also offered to clients  in-person at our mid-town Sacramento location.  Coaching methods used are:

  • One-On-One, Private Coaching
