The mission the Conflict Coaching Company is to become the most trusted and innovative developer, distributor, and service provider of online resources for individuals, couples, families, and congregations who seek education, coaching, and mediation specific to encourage and enhance spiritual formation, emotional development, individual and family issues,  parenting, and anger and conflict management.

Our Vision

·         To provide the best resources for parenting, conflict management and resolution, family and workplace mediation, and anger management.

·         To conduct conferences and workshops to all – law enforcement, governmental, corporate, families, faith-based, and community in communication, interpersonal development, emotional intelligence, anger management, peace making, constructive conflict resolution, relationship enrichment, and parenting.

·         To train and certify lay counselors and small group facilitators to employ an integrative, transferable educational and growth model in all communities, including faith-based, throughout the United States and the world. 

·         To facilitate healing and comprehensive discussions to address the needs of victims of abuse and to develop higher standards and accountability measures for individuals who abuse.
